Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.

Free delivery for all orders within Asia Pacific
Asia Pacific Destinations:
- Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand: 3-5 business days
- China, Hong Kong SAR: 3-5 business days
International Destinations:
- United States and Canada: 6-10 business days. Shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using the carrier's website or through your order confirmation page.

Address Accuracy
