We currently ship to five main destinations in Asia Pacific - Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, China and Hong Kong SAR.
We currently ship to two main destinations outside of Asia Pacific - United States and Canada.
Returns and refunds
What is the return policy?
Unhappy with your purchase? We offer a 15-day return and refund policy. Items must be sealed, unopened and returned in their original condition.
Drop us a note at hello@fivenote.co within 15 days of purchase, with an image of the package for us to access and process the refund.
Consumers are responsible for shipping the product back to our Singapore address.
